It’s common to need support and there are many things you can do to look after your mental health.

One thing you can do now is make a mental health promise.

In celebration of World Mental Health Day – Sunday 10 October – an easy way for you to do just that is by choosing an activity on the Mental Health Australia website – – that will help you look after your mental health (or write your own) and make a health promise!

Find joy in the little things, be kind to yourself, connect with others, bake something yummy, or explore new hobbies.
